The members of the West Midlands Branch meet regularly both in person and online to discuss the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, its practice and procedure.
As a learned Society, education is one of our core principles and Members are required to involve themselves in continuing professional development. We have regular events with guest speakers and provide events to recognise changes in the interpretation of the Act following legal cases and the like.
Comment from members of the public and Branch Members alike is always welcome. Please direct these to either the Chairman or Secretary, who will be able to raise matters at the West Midlands Branch Committee.
