Members of the Society entitled to the post nominal MPTS are those persons who practice in matters relating to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 as Appointed Surveyors. Fellows are members of the Society entitled to the post nominal FPTS who practice as Appointed Surveyors and who are also involved with the Society in a practical way such as, but not exclusively, the selection of members, drawing up guidance notes, authoring the Society’s book, continuing professional development for other Members, and the like.
